About me

About me

I am interested in what it means to be human within the multi-layered nature of our emotional and psychological experiences.

I am concerned with how we become who we are and what motivates us to overcome the challenges we face in life, in order to become who we want to be.

I have over 20 years experience of working with individuals and families on a professional basis, both in the voluntary, public and private sector. I also have experience of working in NHS mental health services and am currently in private practice.

I am experienced and interested in working with people from a variety of backgrounds and including different ethnic and cultural heritages.
